Mark Shield

Mark has over 15 years of experience owning and operating successful telecommunications companies within Australia.

He has been instrumental in developing and delivering software enhancement solutions for many of his businesses, and in the same vein 2SG Wholesale was formed to deliver the best possible business solutions for telecommunications and telematics service providers.

Mark leads with a hands on approach and continues to strengthen and maintain long term, dynamic relationships with a number of Wholesale Suppliers, Programmers and Senior Business Executives.

Paula Peters

Paula joined the telecommunications industry in 1996. She has been instrumental in building several Australian telcos, and holds foundation member status with a number of these.

Paula specialises in Sales, Marketing and Partnership Management Programs and is particularly focused on delivering quality solutions that enable growth for 2SG Wholesale’s partners.

Having been involved with a number of brands built from scratch, Paula is always happy to discuss strategy and provide new and innovative business disciplines to enhance your business results.

Craig Dobson

Craig boasts 20 years IT Management experience and has been fundamental in delivering Billing and Business Management Systems for a number of well-known Australian based Telcos and ISPs.

Having developed a number of billing and CRM platforms from scratch, Craig directs a team of professionals at 2SG Wholesale who optimise technology, streamline systems and provide 2SG Wholesale and their partners with business cost reduction solutions.

Reza Lohrasb

Focussed on providing an industry leading, customer focussed support network for BIGmate clients, Reza is a sales professional with over 10 years of management experience.

In his role as the Service Delivery Manager, Reza is responsible for managing the smooth running of BIGmate’s Support Centre while maintaining a customer lense to everything he does. Reza’s aim is to anticipate the needs of BIGmate customers and ensure the company’s support processes and systems exceed expectations every time.

Simon Kenna

Simon has over 5 years industry experience, including hands on practical knowledge from a support background, coupled with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

Simon’s focus is on ensuring his clients enjoy smooth transactions with 2SG Wholesale, whether it be during the on-boarding process, the rollout of new products, or the implementation of various advertising campaigns.

Simon enjoys working face to face with his customers and is always learning and adapting to the ever evolving role of Account Manager.

Abhinav Sharma

Abhinav has a strong background in telecommunications and electronics and worked as an Account Manager in India for over seven years before recently moving to Australia.

Abhinav is an integral part of the 2SG Wholesale sales team and is responsible for processing orders, coordinating account managers, creating sales support material, and contract management just to name a few. He is also a vital liaison point between customers and our Account Managers.
